Note: Participants who would like to book a Half-Double room will need to find the person to share their room themselves. The first participant should book the half double option and record the sharing code which the system will issue for this reseravion. The second participant should apply this code at the start of his or her booking process for their half of the same room.
Half double bookings without a second participant booking the other half will be changed to singe room booking.

General Information
